Is seeking qualified DBEs, MBEs, WBEs

This project includes, but is not limited to, construction of the following:
- Demolition activities associated with relocating yard piping and removing existing fencing, trees and shrubs, paved pathways, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, and asphalt pavement.
- Installation of a new 20 inch ductile iron pipe that connects with the existing 18 inch pump discharge pipeline (tie-in#1) and with the existing 24 inch pipe in South Irving Street (tie-in#2). Construction of a new 6.0 MG pre-stressed concrete reservoir that includes a mechanical mixer and underdrain collection system.
- Construction of a new concrete and CMU pump building that includes vertical turbine pumps, chlorine generation and injection systems, surge tank system, mechanical HVAC, and associated electrical equipment.
- Construction of yard structures including but not limited to buried concrete inlet, outlet/underdrain collection, suction valve, and metering vaults.
- Installation of a 30 inch ductile iron offsite pipeline and tie-in at the existing 30 inch ductile iron pipe in South Irving Street (tie-in #3).
- Installation of yard piping including but not limited to 30 inch ductile iron reservoir inlet and outlet pipes, 24 inch ductile iron pipe and tie-in at the existing 30-inch ductile iron pipe near the existing pump station (tie-in #4), 20 inch ductile iron pump discharge pipe that connects with the Zone 3 West Transmission Main (by others), Storm drain piping, smaller diameter yard piping and electrical conduits.
- Site work including but not limited to construction of the site access road and fencing. Demolition of the existing 10 MG concrete and 0.5 MG steel reservoirs including all pipe connections.
- Construction of the Stormwater Detention Basin and connecting it with the new site stormwater system and the existing Creekstone stormwater system.
- Final site work including but not limited to final grading, landscaping and installation of irrigation systems.

Subcontracting and supplier opportunities are available but not limited to the following categories of work: surveying subcontractors; demolition subcontractors; masonry subcontractors; waterproofing subcontractors; thermal insulation subcontractors; metal roofing subcontractors; overhead coiling door subcontractors; gypsum board subcontractors; coating/painting subcontractors; plumbing subcontractors; HVAC subcontractors; electrical subcontractors; asphalt paving subcontractors; fencing subcontractors; landscaping subcontractors; trucking (dump trucks) subcontractors.

We also encourage the utilization of apprentices for this project.
