BRCO Constructors Inc. is requesting bids from Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), and Women Business Enterprise (WBE) subcontractors for the Jack Davis Park Renovation Project.

The project consists of expanding the park north to include an approximately 0.2-acre adjacent parcel.
The expansion includes expanded grass turf, mulched tree and shrub beds, a walkway and seating area
north of the basketball court, new drains, a new wired irrigation controller and meter, stage electrical
outlets, a new SMUD park light footer and conduit and other minor site work. Please see the plans for the project.

The project area is located at 4047 43rd Street, Sacramento, California.
