New construction of a 5-Story, 62-unit residential building, 65,896 sf, apartment building with parking on 1st floor. The property that the building will sit on is a 20,021 square foot lot. The building is 5 total stories - 4 stories of Type V-A over 1 Story of 1-A.

Subcontractors to participate in the bidding process.

Labor requirements:
BBI is signatory to carpenters and laborers and requires that these scopes of work be performed by union carpenters and laborers. Davis Bacon and CA Prevailing Wage rate and Alameda County Measure A1 Labor and Contract Compliance Program goals apply.
