This work is for construction of improvements to the City of Leavenworth's wastewater treatment plant. Major elements of work include: new tertiary treatment system for phosphorus reduction consisting of new pre-engineered metal building, flocculation tanks, disc filters, and
associated site and electrical improvements; equipment replacements including headworks screening system, clarifier mechanism, centrifuge sludge dewatering system, in-vessel UV system; electrical and controls upgrades; process piping, earthwork, site improvements, and associated work. We are also available to provide assistance in obtaining bonding, lines of credit and/or insurance to SMWBE subcontractors. Please complete all negotiations 24-hours prior to bid opening. We also encourage the utilization of apprentices for this project.
