County of Calaveras, Dept. of Public Works - Hogan Dam Road Low Water Crossing Conversion (New Bridge) Project, Calaveras County, CA. The work to be performed consists of bridge and approach roadway construction at the crossing of Hogan Dam Road over Bear Creek near Valley Springs, CA. The bridge is roughly 83' long by 25' wide with superstructure of 7" concrete deck over precast I-girders. Approx. 530' of roadway needs to be reconstructed to connect existing roadway with new bridge, including four retaining wall and roughly 230' soil nail wall. Vinciguerra Construction is seeking quotes for all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE, UDBE, WBE, MBE, SBE Firms for the following items of work included but not limited to: Construction Staking, Water Supply, Const. Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Type III Barricade, Flashing Beacon, Temp. K Railing, Job Site Management, Dust Control, Sampling and Analysis, SWPPP, REAP, Sampling and Analysis, Annual Report, BMP's, Biologist, Clearing and Grubbing, Roadway Excavation, Structure Excavation and Backfill, Hydroseed, Aggerate Base, HMA Type A, Structural and Minor Concrete, Soil Nail, Imported Borrow, Plants, Joint Seal, Reinforcing Steel, Shotcrete, Prestressed Concrete Girder, Prepare and Stain Shotcrete, RCP, Steel Pipe, Rock Slope Protection and Fabric, Drainage Inlet, Fencing and Railings, Metal Beam Guard Rail Systems, Mobilization Items. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation is encouraged. Plans and Specifications are available for viewing at our office or can be viewed/obtained at www.publicpurchase.com under the agency of the County of Calaveras.

Our firm will consider dividing total requirements, when economically feasible, into smaller tasks or quantities to permit maximum participation by DBE's in the competitive process. Our company will also consider consortium of DBE's should a contract be too large for firms to handle individually. Subcontractor's must possess a current Contractor's License and DIR registration number. Insurance and Worker's Compensation coverage meeting Vinciguerra Construction's Subcontract.
