Pavement Coatings Co. is requesting quotes from all certified and qualified DVBE subcontractors and suppliers including certified firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to; Materials supply/delivery, Trucking, Lead Compliance Plan, Traffic Control System, Temporary Pavement Marking (Tape), Portable Radar Speed Feedback Sign System, Portable Changeable Message Sign, Job Site Management, Prepare Water Pollution Control Program, San Cover (Seal), Asphalt Rubber Binder, Asphaltic Emulsion (Fog Seal Coat), Asphaltic Emulsion (Flush Coat), Replace Asphalt Concrete Surfacing, Pavement Marker (Retroreflective-Recessed), Thermoplastic Pavement Marking, 90 MIL 6" Thermoplastic Traffic Stripe (Sprayable), Thermoplastic Traffic Stripe (Sprayable), Remove Thermoplastic Pavement Marking, Maintain Existing Traffic Management System Elements During Construction, ETC... Quotations will be broken down to comparable packages as reasonably necessary. Pavement Coatings Co. will work with interested subcontractors to identify opportunities to break down items into economically feasible packages. All Supplier and Subcontractor proposals shall be in strict accordance with said project plans, specifications, and any addenda issued.

Requirements: Subcontractor's quotes should include any updates pertaining to addendum issued as well as follow specifications. DVBE subcontractors should possess a current contractor's license, worker's compensation, and DVBE verification that is attached with proposal. Bonds pertaining to performance or payment may be required.
