Seismic repairs to three buildings damaged during the 2014 south Napa earthquake. All three buildings are historically significant resources and repairs will meet the Secretary of Interior’s standards for the treatment of historic properties.

Building 147: Site improvements to provide an accessible path of travel from the accessible parking spaces to main entrance of the building. Seismic repairs to architectural and structural features of the building including: Exterior mortar joints, interior plaster, painting, and structural framing, bracing, and connections.

Building 181: Site Improvements to provide an accessible path of travel from the accessible parking spaces to the main entrance of the building, includes ramping and porch decking. Seismic repairs to architectural and structural features of the building, including: exterior plaster balustrade rebuild, chimney rebuild and bracing, and brick masonry; interior brick masonry, plaster, ceiling tiles, wood trim, finish and painting; structural framing, bracing and connections.

Building 183: Site improvements to provide an accessible path of travel from the accessible parking spaces to the main entrance of the building, includes ramping and porch decking. Seismic repairs to architectural and structural features of the building, including: exterior plaster, chimney bracing, brick masonry; interior brick masonry, plaster, ceiling tiles, wood trim, finish and painting; structural bracing and connections.

This project is subject to Prevailing Wage, DVBE (Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises) participation goals of 3% and 5% SBE (Small Business Subcontractors). We are seeking bid for all trades. Please include DVBE, SBE certifications with your proposal if you are a DVBE or SBE.

As of December 18th, 2019 Addenda No. 1, 2 and 3 have been issued.
