D.A. Collins Construction Co., Inc. welcomes quotes from all qualified subcontractors, services, material suppliers, and trucking firms for complete or portions of the work for all phases.

This project is for construction of pedestrian and bicycle facilities on the Broadway Corridor from the head of Broadway and St. James Street to Grand street. The work will be for streetscape improvements and green infrastructure enhancements with that will include milling and inlaying pavement, sidewalks, curbing, cycle track, lighting, traffic signals, benches, and trees.
