MNS Engineers is responding to the EVMWD RFP for the Diamond Regional Sewer Lift Station (DRSLS) and Dual Force CM services. We are seeking a DBE subconsultant to provide Primavera P6 scheduling, permitting coordination, construction safety monitoring, labor compliance, or SRF funding support. The new DRSLS is designed to receive raw wastewater and pump it through two new parallel 18-inch and 26-inch HDPE force mains and discharge into an existing junction structure and connect to an existing 54-inch gravity sewer pipeline along Lakeshore Drive. This is the first of three construction phases to expand the lift station. This first phase includes two construction packages: CP 1 constructs the DRSLS and CP 2 constructs the dual force mains (DFMs). CP 1 will also remove the Interim Summerly Lift Station and the Back Basin Groundwater Filtration Plant Lift Station and downsize the B-1 Lift Station. The total anticipated construction duration for both the DRSLS and DFMs is 24 months (24 months DRSLS and 12 months DFMs), constructed concurrently. EVMWD has specific insurance requirements that must be met by the prime firm and all subconsultant firms. These requirements are detailed in the RFP.
