Concrete Applied Technologies is seeking qualified Minority, Women, and Service Disabled Veterans to quote The Reconstruction of I-90 on the Cattaraugus Territory of the Seneca Nation of Indians. CATCO is looking for quotes on all items contained in the Spec which is provided within this advertisement
This project has certain requirements mandated by the Seneca Nation of Indians Tribal Employment RIghts Ordinance (TERO) and The Seneca Nation Business Code. A copy of both can be found in the specifications.
The goals for this project are as follows:
MBE - 8%
WBE - 14%
SDVOB 6%
Indian Preference in Employment - 51%
Per the TERO, all covered contractors and subcontractors shall comply with the requirements of the Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance.
