The primary scope of work includes site demolition and construction of a 1,530 sf treatment building, 98,000 gallon welded steel water storage tank, well house, and generator enclosure. Site improvements include installation of well pump and booster pumps, underground piping and utilities, decorative stamped concrete, asphalt paving, CMU privacy walls, stacked block retaining wall, and landscaping, along with temporary and permanent bmps.
