TMI Coatings is requesting proposal for the following:

Tank welding
CWI weld inspection
Tank mechanicals (valves, taps, gauges, etc.)
Site grading and restoration/landscaping
Electrical
Cathodic protection

Scope of Work:
Rehabilitation and repainting of a 7.5MG ground storage tank. The project includes the repainting of the interior and exterior surfaces, overflow pipe modifications, other minor piping modifications, wier box replacement, minor foundation improvements, tank ladder improvements, roof vent replacement, electrical improvements, and other miscellaneous work.

A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on December 9, 2019 at the San Antonio Water System's Customer Service Building, 1st Floor, Conference Room CR-C154, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, TX 78212. A site visit will immediately follow the meeting at the San Antonio Water System's Naco Pump Station, 13655 O'Connor Road, San Antonio, TX 78233
