Is seeking qualified DBEs, DVBEs

Piazza Construction is seeking the use of subcontractors and suppliers for the following aspects of the job: lead compliance plan, construction area signs, storm water pollution prevention plan, storm water sampling and analysis, temporary and permanent erosion control, plant establishment, drainage materials, concrete ditch lining and rebar.

100% performance and payment bonds may be required. Subcontractors must possess a valid contractor's license, DIR registration number, and current insurance. Contractors and suppliers to provide proof of current DBE/DVBE certification with proposal. Contractor shall take out and maintain during the life of the contract, a Commercial General Liability Policy, on an occurrence basis, with a minimum limit of not less than ($1,000,000) combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage for any one occurrence and a ($2,000,000) annual project aggregate, naming Piazza Construction as additionally insured.
