SCOPE: A 21,689 sf Performing Arts Center (PAC) & a 3,963 sf Career Technology Education (CTE) bldg. & assoc. site development. The PAC includes a theater w/300 seats, choral & theater arts classrooms, dressing rooms, control booth, tech ledge & prop/set storage areas, is Type 5B constr., metal-framed. The CTE bldg. includes a shop space, teaching area & tool storage, is Type 5B constr., & wood-framed. Site dev. Incl. demo of an (E) maintenance bldg. & a new parking lot w/ drop off/loading, paved walkways, plaza & amphitheater, constr. yard, landscaping, bio-swales, site lighting, & fencing.
NO PLA / MEP&FS Subs MUST already be Prequalified to Bid / OCIP Required - See General Conditions Article 11 & Bid Clarif. #3 for Insurance Requirements to exclude from your Bid / 10% Retention / RFI Due 7 work days prior to bid / 486 CD Duration

PREVAILING WAGE RATES, INSURANCE FORM CG2010 11/85 (EQUIVALENT IS CG2010 0704 & CG203 COMBINED) & WEEKLY CERTIFIED PAYROLL REPORTS ARE REQUIRED. 100% PERFORMANCE & PAYMENT BONDS MAY BE REQUIRED.
