Michels Corporation is seeking DBE Certified Contractors for subcontracting opportunities for the City of Joliet, IL "Mills Road Water Main Improvements" Project, Contract No. 2441-0220. We are soliciting quotes for the following items: Traffic Control Services, Excavation, Bypass Pumping & Temporary Water Service, Waterline Cleaning & CCTV Inspection, Site Clearing, Pavement Markings, Restoration of Lawns & Parkways, Concrete Curb & Gutter, Driveways, Gravel Shoulder Restoration, Hot-Mix Asphalt Removal & Replacement, as well as any applicable items not listed. All quotations applicable to the construction of this project will be accepted and reviewed. All DBE Certified Contractors and Suppliers should contact, IN WRITING, Michelle Nieves via email MNieves@Michels.us with questions. All negotiations must be completed prior to 12/10/2019.
