Modernization of two passenger elevators at the Panhellenic Hall located on the Appalachian State University. Elevator work shall be modernized simultaneously to limit the service interruption to the time starting May 11, 2020 and ending July 24, 2020. The building will be unoccupied during the construction period.
VPC Builders is currently seeking bids from HUB certified Minority subcontractors for the following project. It is our company policy to provide quick pay agreements to enable minority contractors and suppliers to meet cash-flow demands. Bonding will not be required.
