Ames Construction, Inc. is seeking certified and qualified DBE subcontractors and suppliers to meet the 18% goal for this project. Subs/Suppliers required include but are not limited to: Lead compliance plan, develop water supply, signs, traffic control system, pavement markings, PCMS, K-rail, SWPPP, erosion control, street sweeping, demo, treated wood waste, Native American monitoring, fencing, clear and grub, tree removal, excavation, backfill, imported borrow, embankment, subgrade enhanced geogrid, pipe supply, Pipe - pvc/RCP/WSP/DIP, concrete flared end section, hydromulch, aggregates, slurry seal, prime coat HMA, rubberized HMA, Dike, tack coat, cold plane, MSE, F&D steel pile, PS CIP concrete, structural concrete, minor concrete, Architectural treatment, rib texture, PTFE spherical bearing, joint seal assembly, rebar, concrete supply, sound wall masonry, RSP, slope paving, detectible warning surface, misc iron & steel, drainage, stain concrete, anti-graffiti, handrail, concrete barrier, alt in-line terminal system, electrical, landscape & irrigation, trucking and coring. Ames Construction, Inc. will work with subcontractors to breakdown items into economical feasible packages.

Ames will require bidder to provide performance and payment bonds for the full amount of the Subcontract values. Costs of the bonds are to be provided as a separate line item. Also, let us know if you need assistance in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, or materials for this project. Ames' Subcontract terms and conditions will apply to any contracts resulting from this request. The Subcontractor, by submission of its bid, agrees to the "Terms and Conditions" including all Exhibits and Attachments of Ames Subcontract Agreement.
