Project Details
The Slough Outfall 100 Stormwater Retrofit involves the construction of Green Street Curb Extensions, Storm Filter Manhole installations and Installation of Underground Injection control systems along the following streets:
NE 122nd Ave between NE Shaver St and The Whittaker Slough
NE Shaver from NE 115th Ave to NE 122nd Ave
NE Prescott St from NE 115th Ave to NE 121st Pl
NE 121st Pl from NE 122nd Ave to NE Sandy Blvd
Improvements shall consist of those items of work listed in the Proposal and as shown on the accompanying Plans. The Contractor shall perform all labor, and furnish all materials, equipment and incidentals required to make each item complete. Work shall include, but not
be limited to:
1. Construct, maintain, and remove temporary work zone traffic control measures.
2. Construct, maintain, and remove erosion control measures.
3. Perform all removal of structures and obstructions, clearing and grubbing, and earthwork operations.
4. Construct drainage system including water quality facilities, sewer pipes, manholes and inlets.
5. Construct roadway improvements including cold planing, aggregate base, HMAC wearing surfaces, concrete curb and sidewalks.
6. Place pavement markings and striping
D/M/W/ESB Aspirational Goal: 20% (up to 5% for suppliers)
D/M/WBE Utilization Goal: 14%
Subcontracting and material/supply opportunities include (but are not limited to): Flagging/Traffic Control Subcontractor; Sawcutting Subcontractor; Asphalt Paving Subcontractor; Curbs, Gutters & Sidewalks Subcontractor, Trucking (Dump Trucks) Subcontractor

We also encourage the utilization of apprentices for this project.
