Tullis, Inc. is accepting bids from qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE's) for the following work; Lead Compliance Plan, Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Temporary Pavement Marking, Portable Changeable Message Sign, Portable Radar Feedback Sign Systems, Prepare Storm Water Pollution Control Program, Treated Wood Waste, Shoulder Backing Material, Replace Asphalt Concrete Surface, HMA (Type A) Material, Place HMA Dike (Type C, E & F), Tack Coat Material, Remove Asphalt Concrete Dike, Cold Plane Asphalt Concrete Pavement, Midwest Guardrail System (Steel Post and 7' Post), Alternative In-Line Terminal System, Salvage Guardrail, Thermoplastic Pavement Marking, Thermoplastic Traffic Stripe (Sprayable), Remove Thermoplastic Pavement Marking, Maintaining Existing Traffic Management System Elements During Construction, Modifying Existing Electrical System, Quality Control Testing, Trucking, Water Trucks, Operated Grinder Rental, Operated Pilot Car, Street Sweeping, Not Limited to The Above Listed Items.

Tullis, Inc. is signatory to the Operating Engineers and Laborers Unions. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance coverage and worker's compensation for the entire length of the contract. At Tullis, Inc.'s discretion, 100% payment and performance bonds may be required.
