Is seeking qualified DBEs, MBEs, WBEs, DVBEs, SBEs

Work includes furnishing and installing approximately 5,550 LF of48" (ML&CS) pipe and polywrap,including all connection and appurtenance piping and valves, pavement resurfacing,curb,gutter,and sidewalk restoration,and performing related required work located in Bancroft Way,Ellsworth Street, and Stuart Street in Berkeley,California. This project will require multiple trades and types of work;for example(note:this is not all-inclusive):sawcutting,potholes,excavation,fill,concrete,pipeline,welding,painting/coating,traffic control,plumbing,trucking,landscaping,paving,striping, and other required work and trades.For additional description and information,see Document 004102-Bid Form,Document 004105-Description of Bid Items,Section011100-Summary of Work,and the remaining contract documents.

Garney Pacific, Inc is proposing on the Wildcat Pipeline Improvement Project for EBMUD as a Prime General Contractor. We are actively seeking sub-bids on all trades from qualified & certified DBE, DVBE, WBE, MBE, and Local subcontractors & suppliers. Project Documents are available for your review at our office or we can send you a link to the specs/plans if requested.

Subcontractors are required to meet insurance and labor requirements provided in the project specifications. Subcontractors may be required to provide 100% Payment and Performance Bonds. For assistance with bonding, insurance, or lines of credit please contact our office.

Firms must be registered with Department of Industrial Relation and should have a current DIR number. Firms must include small business certification, contractor's license number, and DIR number with quote. Quotes are required to be in accordance with the plans and specifications and good for the contract duration as specified in the bid documents. Your quote should be sent to our office prior to the bid date/time.
Quotes per project bid items must be submitted before the due bid date and time to allow proper evaluation

The project is a prevailing wage public job. The Firm's quote must consider all terms related to prevailing wages terms. Firms must possess and maintain a current contractor license, insurance, and worker compensation coverage during the project.
