The Work consists of the construction of a new 178,648 S.F. multi-story Middle School facility on a 20 acre site. The Middle School facility consists of two (2) one-story buildings and two (2) two-story buildings of concrete masonry structure and interior metal
stud construction, and one (1) building of steel post-and-beam and metal stud construction, and site
improvements to be located on Clark County School District's property.
