Maggiora & Ghilotti, Inc. is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors, suppliers and/or truckers including certified MBE and WBE Businesses for the following, but not limited to, items of work:
Field Testing; Sawcutting; CIPP Pipe Lining; CIPP Manhole Lining; Trench Backfill Materials; Electrical Conduit and Wiring; Grout Fill of Existing Pipelines; Painting; Pre & Post TV Sewer Mains; Flush & Clean Existing Water Mains; New PVC Fire Protection and Domestic Water Pipelines and Appurtenants; Pavement Markings; CL Fence; Chlorination; Rebar; CDF; Concrete; AB; AC; and Trucking of Materials.

Plans, specifications, and project requirements can be viewed at our office in San Rafael; the BART's District Secretary's office in Oakland; at BART's Website https://www.bart.gov/about/business/procurement/contractsout; and at local Building Exchanges. Prospective bidders must register on the BART Procurement Portal online at https://suppliers.bart.gov in order to download the contract documents and receive updates on this solicitation. You may also purchase printed copies from BART by completing the Contract Document Order form on the BART Procurement Portal.
By submitting a proposal, the bidder represents that they have examined all the bidding documents and have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work.

Subcontractors must be registered with DIR and have a current contractor's license, insurance and worker's compensation coverage meeting project requirements.
