Jett Industries, Inc. is actively soliciting quotations for the Owls Head WWTP Dechlorination facility, Brooklyn, NY. This contract has a combined goal of 20% MBE and WBE participation. This contract includes a PLA. The project bids on October 10, 2019. Please provide your detailed scope of work and Final Quote by 12:00 on October 8, 2019.

The work under this contract include all structures and equipment required for the construction of a new dichlorination facility. The following is a general description of work under this contract only and shall not be construed as a complete description of the work to be performed. Principal items of work: Interim Disinfection Systems: installation , testing, commissioning of an interim disinfection system, furnishing and installation of three (3) nominal 8.700 gallon single wall sodium hypochlorite storage tanks, furnishing and installation of ne sodium hypochlorite transfer and metering pumps, associated piping , valves, connection of a truck chemical receiving station, preparation for deregistration and removal of temporary disinfection system. Disinfection System Modifications: Structural modifications to the chlorination Building , including raising roof, new mezzanine, repairs to containment are concrete, demolition of existing sodium hypochlorite tanks, pumps, and piping in the chlorination building, furnishing and installing two (2) nominal 14,400 gallon and one (1) 9,600 gallon single wall sodium hypochlorite storage tanks, furnishing and installing new sodium hypochlorite system and connection, construction of a truck chemical receiving station, installing new sodium hypochlorite dilution water pumps strainers. Construction of New Dechlorination Building: demolition, excavation, furnish and installing storage tanks, furnishing, installing , testing and placing into operation sodium bisulfate/feed system, construction of a truck chemical receiving station, furnishing and installing heating, ventilation system, emergency ventilation system , air conditioning, furnish and installing fire protection system, furnishing and installing a new hot water heating system, and CCT Modifications.
