CAL PRIME, INC. is seeking for quotes from all certified DBE/MBE/WBE subcontractors/ suppliers for the following items of work, including but not limited to: Mobilization, Demobilization, Clean-Up, and Permits, Pothole Existing Utilities, Reservoir "D" Inlet Structure Earthwork, Reservoir "D" Inlet Structure Reinforced Concrete Structure, Reservoir "D" Inlet Structure Stop Log & Appurtenances, Reservoir "D" Inlet Structure Miscellaneous Steel, Reservoir "D" Inlet Structure Concrete Lining, Furnish & Install 36" C905 PVC DR 32.5 Pipe, Furnish & Install 36" Restrained Ductile Iron Pipe at Cased Crossings at R.R. & Hwy. 99, Furnish & Install 42" C905 PVC DR 32.5 Pipe, Furnish & Install 42" Restrained Ductile Iron Pipe at 8-23 Canal, Install District Furnished 48" C905 PVC DR 32.5 Pipe, Furnish & Install 48" Restrained Ductile Iron Pipe at Cased Crossings, Furnish & Install 48" O.D. x ½-Inch Wall Steel Jack and Bore Private Railroad Cased Crossing, Furnish & Install 48" O.D. x 3/4-Inch Wall Steel Jack and Bore, Furnish & Install 60" C361 D25 RCP Pipe at the Lerdo Canal Crossing, Furnish & Install Air Release Valve Assembly, Furnish & Install 36" Butterfly Valve, Furnish & Install 42" Butterfly Valve, Furnish & Install 36" Flow Meter and Vault, Furnish & Install Temporary Inlet to the Friant-Kern Canal, Furnish & Install 8-23 Canal Concrete Lining & Improvements, SWPPP. Cal Prime, Inc. is a NON-UNION General Engineering Contractor. Bonding assistance is available if DBE, MBE, WBE subcontractor notifies Cal Prime, Inc. prior to bid time. A 100% payment bond and performance bond may be required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Please provide a bond premium rate with your quote if premium is not acknowledged in quote subcontractor assumes all financial responsibility for their bond. You must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)]. ALL Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and worker's compensation coverage meeting project requirements and will be required to sign the standard Cal Prime, Inc.
