Project to refresh aesthetics and all finishes of Trauma ICU. Remodel of nurses' station, restroom relocation as well as flooring, paint and patch work.
Please Note: This project will be prevailing wage.
This project consists of a phased renovation of an ICU floor's 15 patient rooms and 7 staff facilities including but not limited to; demolition, casework & solid surface tops, framing/drywall, flooring, painting, wall protection, toilet accessories, window treatments, plumbing.
