SCOPE OF WORK: Campus wide installation of Cat6/6A cabling, additional wire-mold in classrooms, exhaust fans in IDF rooms, walk-in freezer and cooler at existing kitchen, fencing, security shades, intrusion monitoring, replacing existing door hardware w/security locks throughout the campus, and accessibility upgrades at restrooms and parking. Alternate for the construction of two new kindergarten buildings along w/related site-work including play equipment.
PROJECT SCHEDULE:
1. Construction Start Date Mod & Add Alternate #1: November 4, 2019
2. Modernization Completion March 6, 2020
3. Two kindergarten classroom buildings December 18, 2020
