Garney Pacific, Inc is proposing on the Conveyance Infrastructure Project of the Pure Water Soquel Program. We are actively seeking sub-bids on all trades from qualified & certified DBE, DVBE, WBE, MBE, and Local subcontractors & suppliers. The Conveyance Infrastructure Project will consist of the design, and construction of conveyance infrastructure for Source Water, ROC, and Purified Water. The Engineers Estimate is 24-51million dollars .Portions of work for the project include the following: SWPPP*Earthwork*Cathodic Protection*Traffic Control*Trucking*Aggregates*Shoring*CIP Concrete*Rebar*Concrete Supply*Precast*Structural/Misc. Metals*Painting/Coating*Signage*Saw cutting*Pipe Supply*Valve Supply*Fencing*Striping, etc.

Components of this Program may be funded, in whole or in part, by various sources, including, but not limited to The Proposition 1 Groundwater Grant Program administered by the California State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) The Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) program (partnership between State of California and US Environmental Protection Agency) low-cost financing The Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) program, and The Bureau of Reclamation's Title XVI program. Additional requirements may be applicable to this contract based on the funding sources acquired, ie. the use of American Iron and Steel.

Subcontractors may be required to provide 100% Payment and Performance Bonds. For assistance with bonding, insurance, or lines of credit please contact our office. Firms must include small business certification, contractor's license number, and DIR number with quote. Quotes are required to be in accordance with the plans and specifications and good for the contract duration as specified in the bid documents. Your quote should be sent to our office prior to the bid date/time.
The CONTRACTOR will provide FIRMS, if requested, with required assistance in bonding, insurance.
Quotes per project bid items must be submitted before the due bid date and time to allow proper evaluation.
Quotes are required to be in accordance with project plans, specs, and good for the entire contract duration.The project is a prevailing wage public job. The FIRM's quote must consider all terms related to prevailing wages terms.FIRMS must possess and maintain a current contractor license, insurance, and worker compensation coverage during the project 100% payment bond and performance bond for the full amount of the subcontract price may be required. -FIRMS that submit their quote explicitly acknowledge and agree to all above terms and responsibilities.We are an equal opportunity employer.
