SCOPE: Construction of a new approx. 59,252 SF - 2-Story Library/ Learning Resource Center Bldg. Includes demo of the (E) B100 Library bldg. & 5 modular bldgs. & site improvements. Multi-phased & to be completed per the phasing shown on sheet G1.41. All campus pedestrian access shall be maintained & (E) bldgs. shall remain functional during the duration of the project.
PLA Required / 5% Retention / See GCs 00 72 13 & Special GCs 00 73 13 for higher than usual Insurance Requirements / Starts 11-4-19 & Completes 12-15-21 / RFI Due to Owner 9-10-19 by 2PM

It is now State of CA law to provide CSLB license #'s & DIR #'s on sub lists - make sure to have them on your bid scope!
Alten Construction may implement a CCIP (Contractor Controlled Insurance Program) on this or any Project

PREVAILING WAGE RATES, INSURANCE FORM CG2010 11/85 (EQUIVALENT IS CG2010 0704 & CG203 COMBINED) & WKLY CERTIFIED PAYROLL RPTS SUBMITTED ON LCP TRACKER ARE REQUIRED. 100% PERFORMANCE & PAYMENT BONDS MAY BE REQUIRED. ALTEN CONSTRUCTION WILL PAY UP TO 1.5% OF BOND PREMIUM
