Project Description: The project proposes to remove stockpiled slide debris caused by the 2019 winter storms. Contractor will dispose of existing stockpiled slide debris on Annapolis Road, Stewarts Point-Skaggs Springs Road, and Lake Sonoma by hauling debris material to offsite location shown in bid documents.

Piazza Construction is seeking the use of subcontractors and suppliers for the following aspects of the job: WPCP and trucking.

100% performance and payment bonds may be required. Subcontractors must possess a valid contractor's license, DIR registration number, and current insurance. Contractor shall take out and maintain during the life of the Contract, a Commercial General Liability Policy, on an occurrence basis, with a minimum limit of not less than ($1,000,000) combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage for any one occurrence and a ($2,000,000) annual project aggregate.
