Tesco Controls, Inc. (TESCO) is seeking quotes for: 1) Tower Design by an Electrical Engineer registered in the State of Texas; 2) Programming for broadband and programmable logic controllers (PLCs); and 3) Equipment Procurement, for the San Antonio Water System (SAWS) Design-Build Broadband Access Points and Programmable Logic Controllers Replacement - Phase 2 Project.

The Bid Specifications include a goal of 20% participation by Small, Minority, Woman and Veteran-owned Business (SMWVB) in accordance with the SAWS SMWVB Program policy.

The Bid Specifications for this Design-Build project (SAWS Job No. 17-6003, Solicitation No. CO-00280) are confidential and require a Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to release. However, the Pre-Bid Meeting Presentation is available, and provides a summary of the overall Project and the SMVWB goals for the Project.
