Is seeking qualified DBEs, MBEs, WBEs, SBEs, SBRA, LSAF, HUB

Seeking qualified & certified DBE (MBE/WBE/SBE/SBRA/LSAF/HUB) subs/suppliers for, but not limited to, the following: waterworks supply; sand & gravel supply; trucking; surveying; paving; striping; concrete (curb/gutter); preconstr audio/video; traffic control plan; traffic loops; saw cutting; dechlorination; NPDES/SWPPP compliance; removal/disposal of contaminated soil; & cathodic protection.

Submit quote, copy of DBE Cert & SWRCB Form 4500-3 by 9/10 @ 5:00 PM to allow for review & prep of Good Faith Effort. Subs must also be registered with the CA DIR in order to be listed on a bid. This project may be funded by the California Clean Water State Revolving Fund Program and subs must comply with the Davis Bacon Act, the DBE participation/Good Faith Efforts & other CWSR requirements.

Awarded Subcontractors will be required to provide: Certificate of Insurance per the specs, naming DCI as additional insured; Public Works/Prevailing Wage/Apprentice requirements with DAS-140/142 Forms, certified payroll reporting & proof of fringe benefit payments.
