Marina Landscape Inc. is a construction firm bidding on the above listed project and seeking sub bids/quotes from qualified MBE/WBE contractors, vendors, manufactures and suppliers following items of work: Tree removal, tree protection, Demolition (Hardscape, Landscape, and site amenities), Grading, Excavation, Concrete paving, Steel members and hardware, Lumber and sheating, Decomposed Granite paving, Decorative Tile inlay & paving, Electrical and lighting work & material, Historical Plaques and Monument sign, Site Furnishings and Site amenities, Fencing, Misc. Metal items, Recessed base for Christmas Tree, Enclosure for security camera, Irrigation and planting materials, Stucco, Decorative tile, and Painting for structural beams.

Subcontractors must possess a current active contractor's license, DIR number, general liability insurance, and workers compensation insurance.
