The project includes student and staff toilet room upgrades. Site landscape and irrigation. Exterior building paint and dry-rot repair. Underground utilities replacement. Interior classroom beautification to include floor finishes, painting and casework replacement. Door, frame, and hardware replacement. Identification signage. Misc. fire alarm repair. MP room modernizations including floor finishes, painting, and replacing in-wall tables & benches. Sitewide fencing with ornamental iron. Parking lot reconstruction. Infrastructure and pathways for the school marquee sign.

The project consists of grading, fencing, plumbing, landscape, and irrigation, painting, paving, civil, electrical, framing, signage and other work as shown in the documents and as required for a complete and operational project.

The project area is located in Sacramento, at 900 Morse Ave, Sacramento, CA 95864.
