BRCO Constructors Inc. is requesting the bids from Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) subcontractors for the 343 Brown Street Improvements project.
The project includes design for the relocation of one existing portable building currently on site. Interior improvements to an existing classroom building. Renovation of an existing storage building to an office. Relocation of an off site restroom to the site and related site improvements.
The project consists of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, civil, landscaping and other work as shown in the documents and as required for a complete and operational project.
The project area is located in Vacaville, CA, at 343 Brown Street, Vacaville, CA 95688.
