Location: 4760 Melrose Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90029
New 5-story apartment building; 4-stories Typ IIIA wood frame over 1 level of Typ IA concrete commercial office and residence community space.

Walton Construction, Inc. plans to receive bids from Section 3, Los Angeles County and DVBE firms for participation in the Emerson Affordable Housing project. Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3 and DVBE certification. This project is a California State (Commercial) and Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage job (The higher of the two applies). Bids must be received by no later than Monday, July 22, 2019, for the following trades:
