DVBE CONTRACTORS/VENDORS: LEAD COMPLIANCE PLAN, CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS, TRAFFIC CONTROL, PORTABLE CHANGEABLE MESSAGE SIGN, JOB SITE MANAGEMENTS, , PREPARE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PROGRAM, TEMPORARY DRAINAGE INLET PROTECTION, STREET SWEEPING, TEMPORARY CONCRETE WASHOUT, ROADSIDE CLEARING, MAINTAIN EXISTING PLANTED AREAS, WOOD MULCH MATERIALS AND INSTALLATION, IRRIGATION SYSTEM AND MATERIALS AND MAINTAIN EXISTING TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ELEMENTS DURING CONSTRUCTION.

Subcontractors must possess a current active contractor's license, DIR number, general liability insurance, and workers compensation insurance. Payment and performance bond may be required for the full contract amount. Marina Landscape is signatory with the operating engineers and laborers, and pipefitters unions.
