Project Scope: Clearing and grubbing, installation of ADA curb ramps, sidewalk, asphalt pavement, traffic signal modifications, slurry seal, traffic striping, bike signal detection, drainage construction, street lighting

Work/ Supply Needed: Traffic control, trucking, thermoplastic striping and signs, tree removal, storm drains and underground work, electrical, hot mix asphalt, slurry seal, landscaping

We will require that all participating companies carry Workers' Compensation & Liability Insurance and be bonded. We will assist with obtaining insurance, bonds or lines of credit. Plans and specs can be viewed at our office or emailed upon request. Interested subcontractors must have an active State Contractor's license with a classification appropriate for the work to be performed. Interested subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
