Resource Environmental, Inc. is seeking qualified DBE, MBE, WBE, and DVBE subcontractors and suppliers for the Demolition Services for the Martin Luther King, Jr. Medical Campus Behavioral Health Center Make-Ready Project. Possible subcontracting trades include: Trucking, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Mechanical, Telecom, Temporary Fence. Possible supplier categories include: Construction Materials, Safety Supplies.
The project is an interior gut of an existing 5 story, plus basement, medical center. Subcontractors will be needed for safe-offs and re-routing of utilities.
