Project is subject to State Prevailing Wages. THIS CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO THE DVBE REQUIREMENTS OF EDUCATION CODE SECTION 17076.11.

Scope letters are due by June 3, 2019. Please ensure that Scope letters include your CSLB license number and Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) registration and registration number.

We are seeking bids for Structural Steel, Metal Deck, Painting, Flooring, Insulation, Door frames & hardware, Acoustical Ceiling Panels, Concrete, Roofing, Carpentry, Excavation, and Drywall.

THE SCOPE OF WORK INVOLVES THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW, 3-STORY, 47,090 SQUARE FOOT CLASSROOM BUILDING AT DUBLIN HIGH SCHOOL IN DUBLIN, CALIFORNIA. THE NEW BUILDING WILL CONTAIN 16 CLASSROOMS, A WEIGHT ROOM, A MAINTENANCE ROOM, MULTIPLE OFFICES, PREPARATION ROOMS, AND SHOP AREAS. 10 OF THE CLASSROOMS WILL BE LABORATORY CLASSROOMS. THE NEW BUILDING WILL BE A STEEL, BRACED FRAME STRUCTURE.

This Contract is subject to prequalification. If a bidder is not prequalified to bid on the Contract, Owner will not accept the bid. Any subcontractors listed by the bidder for Work requiring C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and/or C-46 licenses must have current prequalified status with the Owner.
