Avila Construction is bidding this project as a general contractor and seeks DVBE business participation from the subcontractor community.
Project Summary per the Drawings:
RENOVATION OF EXISTING CONCRETE CLASSROOM BUILDING 3A AND ATTACHED WOOD STUD CONSTRUCTION RESTROOMS, AND ADJACENT COURTYARD. CONSTRUCTION OF ONE NEW 30'X30'X12' SHADE STRUCTURE. TWO NEW CMU BUILDINGS, 3A.1 AND 3A.2, TO BE CONSTRUCTED WITH STANDING SEAM METAL ROOFING. VOLUNTARY SEISMIC UPGRADE TO OCCUR FOR CONCRETE ROOF STRUCTURE AT BUILDING 3A. NEW FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM THROUGH OUT.
