Tullis, Inc. is accepting bid from qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE's) the following work; Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Portable Changeable Message Board, Prepare Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, Temporary BMP Materials, Temporary High-Visibility Fence, Clearing and Grubbing, Roadway Excavation, Shoulder Backing, Ditch Excavation, Erosion Control, Class 2 Aggregate Base Material, Hot Mix Asphalt Material, 12" CSP, 15" CSP, 18" CSP, Concreted-Rock Slope Protection, Survey Monument, Reset Mailbox, Pavement Marker (Retroreflective), Reset Roadside Sign (One and Two Post), 4" Thermoplastic Traffic Striping, Remove Thermoplastic Pavement Stripe, Quality Control Testing, Trucking, Water Trucks, Operated Pilot Car, Not Limited to The Above Listed Items.

Tullis, Inc. is signatory to the Operating Engineers and Laborers Unions. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance coverage and worker's compensation for the entire length of the contract. At Tullis, Inc.'s discretion, 100% payment and performance bonds may be required.
