REQUEST FOR BIDS
Bid submissions due May 6, 2018 before 2 p.m.
Project is subject to State Prevailing Wages. MBE/WBE/DVBE/Section 3 Subs & Suppliers are encouraged to bid.
Base Scope: 1) Demolish extents and roof structure of existing classroom, work room, office, janitor room, and mechanical room; 2) Add new Multi-purpose rooms (with supporting bathrooms and storage) with removal seating for +230; 3) Removal all existing finishes in existing library; 4) Build new kitchen and classroom within boundaries of existing library; 5) Demolish and replace landscaping as indicated.

Additive Alternate #1: Add for the South Canopy Structure
Additive Alternate #2: Add for two (2) each 8' diameter fan / lights at the MPR
Additive Alternate #3: Add for four (4) each Haiku L-Series Fan Lights at the classroom
Additive Alternate #4: Add for twelve (12) each skylights, sola-tube solamaster or equal

Scope letters are to be submitted by May 3, 2019. Please ensure that Scope letters include your CSLB license number and Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) registration and registration number.
