• Due to the number of bid items and complexity of this project, all quotes due by noon on May 15th (one day prior to bid). Any quotes received after this deadline may not be considered.
• Please note any DBE participation on your quote, including the DBE company name, address, DIR number, CSLB number, DBE certification number. All subs are encouraged to provide some degree of DBE participation as an option to help meet the project goals.
• All subcontractors to break their quote into three separate and distinct sections (Via Vera Cruz, Bent Ave., and Local). Combining of like-items will not be accepted. All like-items must be bid at the same unit cost per the Special Provisions.
• Please note your bond rate on the quote. Do not include the cost of a bond.
All subcontractors to note their annual gross receipts (sales) on their quotes, as this information is required on the bid forms.

Granite Construction Company is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Teamsters, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and worker's compensation coverage meeting Granite's requirements and will be required to sign the standard Granite Subcontract Agreement.
