This work shall consist of response work to repair or replace collapsed or otherwise unusable bridges on an emergency basis. Scope of work may include but is not limited to the following: Bridge demo & removal; Bridge or Lane Closure; Installation of Temp Bridge; Work Zone Traffic Control; Bridge Foundation Repair/Stabilization; Bridge Scour Mitigation; Concrete Bridge Repairs; Steel Bridge Member Replacement; Bolted Steel Bridge Member Repair; Welded Steel Bridge Member Repair; and Steel member Heat Straightening.

In anticipation of occurrence, and in accordance with contract specifications, should the need arise for sub-vendor opportunities we need to be fully prepared. Please answer the following:
