Replacement of (130) Rooftop Package Units, (21) Wall Mounted Heat Pumps, (27) Exhaust Fans, (112) Relief Vents, (4) Heating Units, and (5) Fan Motors on existing air handlers with related structural improvements, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm work, as well as accessibility upgrades to the parking lot, staff restrooms, and student restrooms.
We are seeking the following trades: Survey, Erosion Control, Final Clean, Site Demolition, Soft Demolition, Abatement, Sitework, AC Paving, Concrete, Structural Steel, Miscellaneous Metals, Rough Carpentry, Roofing, Caulking & Sealants, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Ceramic Tile, Painting, Signage, Toilet Partitions & Accessories, Plumbing, Mechanical , Electrical , and Fire Alarm.
DVBE participation goal is 3%
Subcontractor must carry insurance that satisfies Tricorp Group's requirements.
Some trades may be required to bond the project. Please confirm you can bond the project and provide your bonding rate with your proposal.
This is a prevailing wage, public works project.
