Cal Prime, Inc. is seeking DBE subcontractor and DBE material supplier quotes for the following: Clearing and grubbing; demolition, removal, and relocation of surface and underground structure and irrigation features; back-fill, import, earthwork and grading; install water main, fire hydrants, and appurtenances; install catch basins and swales; construction of concrete curbs and gutters, raised median curb, and curb returns with ADA ramps; roadway section excavation removal and hauling; construction of new pavement section asphalt pavement and aggregate base; adjustment of valves, & manhole frames and covers; soil amendments, landscaping, and irrigation system and service pedestal and connection; traffic striping, signing and pavement markers; installation of traffic signal and lighting system with advance solar powered flashing beacons. (Traffic signal poles and mast arms will be provided by the City).

Requirements: Cal Prime, Inc. is a NON-UNION General Engineering Contractor. Bonding assistance is available if subcontractor notifies Cal Prime, Inc. prior to bid time. A 100% payment bond and performance bond may be required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Please provide a bond premium rate with your quote if premium is not acknowledged in quote subcontractor assumes all financial responsibility for their bond. You must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)]. Please provide your DIR # with your quote. ALL Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and worker's compensation coverage meeting project requirements and will be required to sign the standard Cal Prime, Inc.
