Scope of work:

Construction of two prefabricated metal buildings for storage, shipping and receiving, shops, and offices for facility staff.

All trades requested including concrete, metals, plastics, FRP, thermal and moisture protection, openings (doors, frames, windows, hardware, storefronts), finishes, specialties (fire protection, toilets, pallet storage racks, metal lockers, chain link partitions and gates), equipment (appliances, facility maintenance & operation equipment), window coverings, pre-fabricated metal building, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, electronic safety and security, earthwork, exterior improvements, utilities, painting, flooring, drywall, metal studs, acoustic ceilings,
