Project Details
The Project Scope consists of but is not limited to:
A. A new single story 3,350 S.F. Building consisting of three classrooms with an accessible single User Staff Restroom;
B. Alteration of existing landscaping to include repaving and landscaping; and other misc. exterior renovation work.
C. Removal of (e) portables #32 & #33 prior to start of new school year and after completion the new classroom building for occupancy. Scope includes hazardous materials removal, remediation of landscaping and irrigation at site of removal.
D. A new campus wide clock/bell/speaker system throughout replacing the clock/bell/speaker in each of the current locations. Complete new conduit, wiring, head end and end unit devices are to be included to provide the campus with a completely functioning clock/bell/speaker system.
