FBD Vanguard Construction, Inc. is requesting quotes from all DBE & Non-DBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following items of work including but not limited to: Lead Compliance Plan, Construction Area Signs, Traffic Control System, Channelizer (Surface Mounted), PCMS, Temp. K-Rail, Temp. Crash Cushion, Prepare WPCP, Move-In/Move-Out (Temp. Erosion Control), Temp. Hydraulic Mulch (Bonded Fiber Matrix), Temp. Drainage Inlet Protection, Temp. Fiber Roll, Street Sweeping, Treated Wood Waste, Clear & Grub, Roadway Excavation, Roadway Excavation (Type Z-2)(ADL), Rock Blanket, Wood Mulch, 8" Corrugated High Density Polyethylene Pipe Conduit, Dry Seed, Hydromulch, Class II AB, Minor HMA, HMA Dike (Type D Mod.), Tack Coat, Cold Plane AC Pavement, Ready Mix Concrete, Reconstruct Fence, Reconstruct Chain Link Fence, Delineator, Guard Rail Delineator, Object Mark (Type P), Roadside Sign (One & Two Post), Reset Milepost Mark, Furnish Single Sheet Aluminum Sign (0.063" Unframed, 0.080" Unframed, 0.063" Framed) for Retroreflective Sheeting, Retroreflective Sheeting (Type XI), Midwest Guardrail System, Transition Railing (Type WB-31), Alternative In-Line Terminal System, Remove Guardrail, Maintain Existing TMS Elements During Construction, and Modify Existing Electrical System.

FBD Vanguard Construction Inc. can assist in payment of a reasonable bond premium. A 100% payment bond and performance bond may be required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Please provide a bond premium rate with your quote. Please note that no contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project (submitted on or after March 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)]. Subcontractors must possess a current contractors license, insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting the owners requirements and will be required to sign the standard FBD Vanguard Construction, Inc. subcontract agreement. Plans and specifications are available to be viewed in our office located at 550 Greenville Road, Livermore, Ca 94550 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday by appointment or you can send a request for this project and we will send you the specs/plans.
