OPC is seeking DBE firms who can provide Appraisal Services for the CR 58 Phase II and CR 59 Phase III Improvement Projects. Brazoria County is seeking SOQs from firms who can adequately demonstrate they have the resources, experience, and qualifications to perform ROW acquisition and related services for Local Government Project Procedures (LGPP or 'Local Let" projects receiving federal funding through TxDot.
